大幅降低碳纖維疊層面積,減少溫度聚集的區域,順應特別設計的角度排列,熱能一產生便能順著碳纖絲有效傳導擴散。

配合導熱結構另外調製的煞車塊配方,兩者相互配合使用,連續夾煞都能保持穩定的溫度控制。


Carbon fibre is a composite material. How to control the accumulation of thermal energy is particularly important. The use of high Tg (glass transition temperature) resin materials is a way, but we tend to tackle the problem at its roots.
We reduced significantly the overlapped areas, which is where the temperature accumulates. When layering, a specially designed angle is arranged, the heat can be effectively conducted and diffused. Combining it with our brake pad can maintain stable temperature control.
